Before launching Coach Kar HR, I was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at EVgo, where I developed key talent and compensation strategies. Prior to that, I served as Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources at Colony Capital, Inc. (Digital Bridge), overseeing significant initiatives including diversity, equity, and inclusion and managing HR operations through multiple mergers and acquisitions. My HR career began at General Mills getting foundational experience in employee/labor relations, recruiting, and organizational development.

I received an MBA from THE Ohio State University and an BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
