Before launching KarHR Coaching & Consulting, I was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at EVgo, where I developed key talent and compensation strategies. Prior to that, I served as Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources at Colony Capital overseeing significant initiatives including managing HR operations through multiple mergers and acquisitions. I also spent time as an HR leader at Edmunds.com, Westfield shopping malls and Citibank Development Center. My HR career began at General Mills getting foundational experience in employee/labor relations, recruiting, and organizational development.
I received an MBA from The Ohio State University and an BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
